Section 101 Pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
Bluff Sports & Recreation Club Incorporated has made application to the Rotorua District Licencing Committee for the renewal of a Club licence in respect of the premises situated at 12 Waikaukau Road, RD1, Rotorua and known as Bluff Sports & Recreation Club.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is a sports and social club..

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7.00pm – 10.00pm, Wednesday 6.00pm – 10.00pm, Friday 5.00pm – 12.00am (midnight) and Saturday, Sunday 12.00pm (noon) – 12.00am (midnight).

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee at the Civic Centre, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.

Any person who is entitled to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee, c/- Rotorua Lakes Council, Private Bag RO

(II) No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
