Rotorua Lakes Council provides several facilities for not-for-profit organisations, sports and art groups, and local communities.
Wheelchair accessible public toilet
There is now a wheelchair accessible public toilet located within Te Aka Mauri (library building) on Haupapa Street. It has an adult size change table and hoist to assist with personal cares.
To use the facilities see one of the friendly staff at Te Aka Mauri and they will direct you.

The Arts Village is a non-profit arts-based community centre run by the Rotorua Arts Village Trust.
Each year more than 23,000 people participate in activities at The Arts Village which is home to arts & community groups, creative classes and events, Arts Village Cafe, an onsite arts and crafts shop, monthly exhibitions and community offices and venue space.
