Section 101 Pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
Waikite Valley Squash Rackets Club Incorporated has made application to the Rotorua District Licencing Committee for the renewal of a Club licence in respect of the premises situated at 648 Waikite Valley Road, RD1, Rotorua and known as Waikite Valley Squash Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is playing squash.

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Monday to Thursday 1:00pm to 12:00am, Friday 11:00am to 12:00am, Saturday 11:00am to 1:00am and Sunday 11:00am to 12:00am.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee at the Civic Centre, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.

Any person who is entitled to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee, c/- Rotorua Lakes Council, Private Bag RO 3029, Rotorua 3040. An objection form can be found on our website.

(II) No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
