Duty Planner appointments take place Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 4pm.
For standard requests appointments are generally 15 minutes in duration. There is no cost for a duty planner appointment.
An appointment is the best way to ensure you will get to see the Duty Planner on your arrival to council. While we always welcome walk-ins with no appointment necessary, our Duty Planner is always busy, and we cannot guarantee the officer will be available when you arrive without an appointment. When we receive your online booking request we will contact you with the best available appointment.
