Inspections are undertaken between 8.00am - 12.00pm and again between 1.45 to 4.30pm on weekdays.
Inspection times are reliant on availability and demand, so we require a minimumm of 24 hours notice when requesting an inspection.

When we receive your online booking request, we will contact you to arrange an inspection booking. If you are sending your booking request after hours, we will contact you immediately the next working day.
All building consent documents and any approved amendments must also be on-site at the time of inspection.
