This free hot mineral pool is located on Broadlands Road, 1.8km south of the Reporoa Village. The mineral water is piped directly from an adjacent spring.
Butcher's Pool is named after a Mr Butcher, one of the first settlers in Reporoa. It was near his homestead and he and his family used it as a bath. He later ‘gifted’ this pool to the people of Reporoa.
There is no overnight parking or camping at this reserve. Treasure this place - take your rubbish with you.
