Subject: LGOIMA request - council vehicles and carparks
I refer to your LGOIMA request of 31 October 2023 regarding council vehicles and carparks used by council for the current year and previous two years. Please find below responses to your questions.
- How many vehicles are leased or owned by the council.
Currently 61 vehicles in total are owned by council, of which:
- 3 are owned by Council but leased to a third party
- 8 are owned by Council but are salary sacrifice vehicles
The number of vehicles has remained around the same level +/- 3 vehicles for the last two financial years. - How many car parks are the council leasing in public buildings and spaces.
Nil - If possible, total number of car parks in the locations/buildings being used by the council.
N/A - Other locations where these vehicles are being stored when not in use.
- Stored at/within Council owned buildings across the district when not in use.
- Salary sacrifice vehicles are stored at the officer’s private residence.
