Subject: LGOIMA - Blue Baths

I refer to your email request of 28 May 2021 under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) for all council communications regarding the Blue Baths from 1 December 2020 to 28 May 2021.

All communications Council holds for this period is attached..

Given the significant amount of information, the file is too large to email.

Redactions have been made under the following sections of the LGOIMA:

Section 7(2(a) ‘protect the privacy of natural persons’

Section 7(2)(b)(ii) ‘would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information’

Section 7(2)(i) ‘enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations)’

As noted on the first page of the document, redactions are made under section 7(2)(a) unless otherwise specified.

Also attached is a copy of the Detailed Seismic Assessment for the Blue Baths.
