Subject: LGOIMA request - elected member's expense claims
I refer to your online Official Information request of 9 November 2020 for elected members' expense claims for the first year of this Council term (14 October 2019 to 16 October 2020) and the last year of the previous Council term (15 October 2018 to 13 October 2019).

Note: There are two sheets contained in each spreadsheet - one for each of the years requested (14 October 2019 to 16 October 2020, and 15 October 2018 to 13 October 2019).
Her Worship the Mayor is the only elected member with a Council purchasing card. Other elected members are reimbursed through an expense claim.
