Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - parking infringements
I refer to your email of 25 February and revised email of 5 March 2020 requesting:
- All internal council communication (emails, paper files, etc) that relate to the decision to waive a number of infringements.
- All communication between council and i-Park relating to infringements for January/February 2020
Please find attached documentation relating to both these bullet points, along with a report from Council's Request For Service system detailing customer contact regarding parking issues for the January-February 2020 period.
Personal information of complainants, Council's contractors (i-Park) and staff below manager level have been redacted as per section 7(2)(a) 'protect the privacy of natural persons'.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Complaints can be sent by email to info@ombudsman.parliament.nz, by fax to (04) 471 2254, or by post to The Ombudsman, PO Box 10152, Wellington 6143.
