Below is the information requested, as per your email:

- Is the Council the sole occupant of the building or does it share this tenancy?Sole occupant
- How many Council occupants on average use the building during a working day?Approximately 230
- What is the floor area (m2) of the occupied space (entire building if sole occupant, or tenanted space)?5055m plus carpark
- During COVID-19 Level 3 and 4 restrictions (from 26th March to 13th May 2020) how many business days was the Council's main office building closed?34
- Following the end of Alert Level 3 (on 13th May 2020), when did Council's occupancy of the main office building return to normal levels (more than 50%)18 May

- What, if any, plans does the Council have to improve the energy efficiency of its main office building, as well as any wider property assets?LED lighting and installation of PIR
- If gas, diesel, or coal is used, what plans does the Council have to replace them with renewable sources?It is not planned to replace Council's gas or diesel use with renewable sources. Gas is limited to staff showers and diesel for the emergency generator.
