- Number of complaints excluding appeals regarding i-Park system in recent times compared to pre i-Park and early stages of i-ParkIt is difficult to determine at this point what is meant by complaints about 'i-Parks system' as the 'system' is a combination of many different elements. Some are under direct control of Council eg: parking policy, tariffs, meter configuration and layout, fees and charges etc, while others such as the delivery of parking services and supply of technology is i-Park.
- Incentives and training of current parking wardensParking wardens have no incentives, they are paid a wage only. Each warden goes through a training program which includes obtaining a warrant from Rotorua Lakes Council.
- % of complaints ignored or went unanswered by i-Park or the council regarding CBD parkingCouncil is not aware of any complaints lodged through the correct channels being unanswered.
- Statistics of RLC parking revenue inclusive of infringement collected compared to other local councilsCouncil do not keep details of other councils parking revenue to compare with our own.
