I refer to your email of 18 November 2019 requesting information on the Council positions where total remuneration is more than $250,000, and respond below as per your email:
- Job titles of staff, ordered by seniority, with a total remuneration of equal to or more than $250,000 as at 30 September 2019Chief Executive and three tier two positions (direct reports to the Chief Executive). Council declines to provide the individual position titles as per section 7(2)(a) of the Act "protect the privacy of natural persons "

I have reviewed your Official Information request and have agreed to provide the following information.
All of the job positions listed below sit on the Executive Team and as such, apart from the Chief Executive, there is no hierarchy or seniority within the Group Managers - they are equal to each other.
We are withholding the amount each person is remunerated annually under section 7(2)(a) of the LGOIMA 'to protect the privacy of natural persons'.
However, to ensure that public interest is met we are providing the indicative salary range.

CFO/Group Manager, Business Support | $250,001 - $300,000 |
Group Manager, Strategy | $250,001 - $300,000 |
General Manager, Infrastructure | $250,001 - $300,000 |
