I refer to your letter dated 11 June 2019 requesting further information regarding Plan Change 10, specifically 'copy of any emails, letters, reports, memoranda or any other document or correspondence addressed to or made by any Councillors and/or the Mayor that contains, explains, recommends, advises, or any decisions, in respect of any matter concerning Plan Change 10 or the Alternative Natural Capital (ANCA) proposal' for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2019.

As noted in recent correspondence, the further information for 'staff costs and overhead expenses', 'consultants costs and/or experts costs' and 'legal fees' for the periods of 2016/17 year, balance of 2017/18 year (1-30 July 2017) and balance of 2018/19 year (1 May to 30 June 2019) will take a considerable amount of staff time to which Council is entitled to charge. I understand you have paid the invoice for this work. Once the relevant council staff have returned from annual leave this work will be undertaken.

Subject: TRIM: Further Official Information request - PC10 costs
I refer to your letter of 11 June 2019 requesting further information regarding PC10 (for which an extension of time was required to the end of August), namely the following costs broken into the 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 years:
- Total staff costs and overhead expenses
- Total consultants' costs and/or experts' costs together with any disbursements
- Total legal fees together with any disbursements
Please note that PC10 costs include the work required to ensure consideration of the PC10 implications for the Waste Water Treatment Plant and urban and tourism growth and development.
