Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - purchasing card receipts for Chief Executive and Mayor
I refer to your email of 7 August 2018 requesting itemised purchasing card receipts for the past financial year for both the Chief Executive and Mayor.
Please find attached a list of purchases made by both the Chief Executive and Mayor using their respective purchasing cards (P-cards) for the last financial year.
Conditions of use and approval of items purchased with the P-cards are covered by the Purchasing Card Policy and Sensitive Expenditure Policy.
