Subject: TRIM: Offical information request - customer centre delay
I refer to your email of 5 October 2018 regarding the time taken to action your follow-up question around the chairing of the Council meeting on 27 September.
Your follow-up question was referred to a staff member on the day it was received (28 October). Unfortunately your email was mis-read and it was not noticed that there was a follow-up question.
When it was brought to the staff member's attention by the customer centre on 5 October that your email had not been answered you were immediately replied to.
Council apologises for this oversight.
