Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - Rotorua WWTP payments
I refer to your email of 3 December 2018 and subsequent clarification phone conversations where you refined your request to the names and amounts paid by RLC regarding the Rotorua wastewater treatment plant for the financial years of 2017/18 year and 2018/19 year to date.
Please find attached the financial information requested. This information covers the period 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2018 and includes the wastewater treatment plant and wastewater reticulation, both operational expenditure and capital expenditure.
Note: Names of individuals have been withheld under section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act "protect the privacy of natural persons "
