Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - rates and fees around building consent processing

I refer to your email today requesting various rates and fees surrounding building consent processing, and reply below as per your questions:

1. The hourly rate council charges for processing business consents. $185/hour
2. If use of building officers for anything other than building processing is charged per hour, what is the hourly rate for that? $185/hour
3. Administration fees that council may charge in building consent invoices per hour. $135/hour
4. Any other hourly rates that council may charge during building consent undertaking.$185/hour
5. The Accreditation levy that council charges in building consents. No separate fee - built into the hourly rate
