Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - confirmation of NZ Taxpayers Union information request
I refer to your email of 12 October 2018 under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act querying whether Rotorua Lakes Council had received an information request from the NZ Taxpayers Union regarding the mayor's vehicle, and why Council has failed to respond.
There are no records held by council that shows a request by the New Zealand Taxpayers Union for this information was received.
