Subject: TRIM: Information request - Cost of memorandum on Reynold Macpherson
I refer to your email of 10 July 2018 under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act requesting the cost to council to compile the memorandum on Reynold Macpherson's costs which was presented to the Operations and Monitoring Committee on 5 July.
Compilation of the information took 21 hours of staff time at a cost of $1,596 (21 hours x $76 per hour).
