I refer to your letter dated 25 January 2017 requesting information under the Official Information Act on sports events held/scheduled at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre for both 2016 and 2017. Your request was considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

Attached are spreadsheets for 2016 and 2017 showing:

• Start Date (includes any pack in days prior to the event starting)
• End Date (includes any pack out days after the event finishes)
• Description (name of the organisation, club, or event)
• Main Building (the part of the Energy Events Centre used)
• Status (if the event is finalised, tentative, under contract)
• Type of event
• Class of event

The Energy Events Centre operations team do not hold any information on the individual teams that participated in each of these events. This information is only held by the event organisers.
