Reporter requested an interview with Mayor Tapsell regarding Te Kimihanga – The Search survey, the results of which were presented to elected members during their Council meeting today. The survey was undertaken 13 Oct to 14 Nov 2023 and results will be used to help enhance council communications with the community. It provided insights into the make-up of our community, how people view Rotorua, how they view Rotorua Lakes Council and the communication channels they use.
