- What kind of damage have you been seeing overnight and this morning?

- Are there any updates on road closures due to slips?

- How long are you expecting the clean up to take?

- Are plans being put in place to prevent this level of damage in the future?

- How much damage was done to the lakefront from the overflow?

- What's the potential time frame and costs of repairing this damage?

- How long could the gates to Okere falls be open?

- Where are the slips the council are dealing with?

- We have heard there is bad flooding in Hannah's Bay - have residents being in contact with the council about this?

- How long will be it before the cost and extend of damage is know then?

We are working on another update for the website so please keep a check on that for updates re roads etc.

We will not be able to answer questions about the extent of damage, cost or timeframes today - that is not something we can ascertain the day after it's all happened. Today we are still focussed on dealing with immediate needs such as clearing slips.
