I'm just wondering if the council is able to provide an update on the progress of Ashworth Villas or if that lies with the real estate agents/developer?

Maybe whether the council is working through or has granted any consents for the site on the corner of Malfroy Rd and Ranolf St?

Reporter was informed that matters are currently still with the developer and there is no update from Council's perspective at this stage.
