Rotorua Lakes Council will close midday on Friday 20 December 2024 and reopen on Monday 6 January 2025.
The 20-day statutory working day clock is on hold from 20 December 2024 to 10 January 2025 for building consents, resource consents and land information memorandums. During the closure period we will be accepting electronic lodgements of consents only, but vetting will not begin until Monday 6 January 2025.
