Daily Dose Bakery Limited - On Licence Renewal

Monday 17 March 2025:The following application has been received for an alcohol licence. Objections may be made within 25 working days of the publication of this notice.

Section 101 Pursuant to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
Daily Dose Bakery Limited has made application to the Rotorua District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an on-licence in respect of the premises situated at 1141b Eruera Street, Rotorua and known as Hui Bar and Studio.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is an entertainment function centre.

The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Tuesday to Sunday 11:00am to 12:00am (midnight).

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee at the Civic Centre, 1061 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.

Any person who is entitled to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Rotorua District Licensing Committee, c/- Rotorua Lakes Council, Private Bag RO 3029, Rotorua 3040. (II) No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
