Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for promotions run through Rotorua Lakes Council social media channels.
Entries
1. Only open to residents of New Zealand who are at least 18 years old.
2. The Rotorua Lakes Council will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
3. By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by the Rotorua Lakes Council are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
4. The Rotorua Lakes Council reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.
5. By entering this competition, you agree that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.
6. By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party's intellectual property.
7. The Rotorua Lakes Council may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering and processing the competition only.
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
Eligibility
You must be:
- a legal resident of New Zealand
- over the age of 18
You cannot be:
- an employee of the Rotorua Lakes Council, or a prize sponsor.
- an immediate family member of an employee of the Rotorua Lakes Council or a prize sponsor.
Sir Howard Morrison Centre competitions
All of the above terms and conditions apply to competitions run on the Sir Howard Morrison Centre Facebook and Instagram channels.
Maximum of 4 free tickets will be given away with any ticket giveaway competition.
