Size of the reserve that is currently being occupied by the Springfield Golf Club

As per the description in the lease ‘the land known as Springfield Golf Course containing 82 acres 2 roods 31.8 perches more or less described as part Sections 49, 50 and 88, Suburbs of Rotorua …’

Amount of the annual rates that the club pays to Council

Note: The above figures are net of a 50% Community and Sports Club remission

Value of the lease that the club pays to Council

As per clause 2.1(a) of the lease ‘The rent shall be the greater of $10,000 plus GST per annum (annual base rental) or 3 per cent of gross annual subscription fees and green fees combined (annual fees income).’
