I refer to your information request of 29 July 2022 for a copy of the directive issued by Ashley Bloomfield to Rotorua Lakes Council to fluoridate some of the Rotorua water systems. Your request was processed under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.

Please find attached the letter from the Director-General of Health dated 27 July 2022.
