Subject: LGOIMA request - internal funding proposals

I refer to your amended Official Information request of 16 August where you request the following information over the last 5 years:

Can I please have a copy of any internal funding proposals in relation to either:

• The Smallbone Park Multisport Facility;
• The Rotorua International Stadium; or
• The Westbrook Sports Precinct

and any responses to those internal funding proposals?

Funding for these assets is identified through the asset management plans and renewal of these assets is automatically funded in our Long Term Plans as Council prioritises asset renewal.

With regards to the “Westbrook Sports Precinct” this project has a placeholder in the later years of our current LTP as we continue to develop a proposal on the future of our communities sports fields. This proposal, along with options for funding, will be consulted on with our community and will be a key discussion in our next Long Term Plan.
