I refer to your revised LGOIMA request of 12 July 2021 for ‘All documents (internal and external) relating to Rotorua Lakes Council’s organisational realignment from August 15 2020 to June 29 2021’.
I note that Council notified you on 5 August that an extension of time of up to 20 working days was required to assess the documents for release under LGOIMA.
Please find attached a document listing:
- The name of the folder / sub folder
- The documents contained in that folder / sub folder
- Whether the documents will be disclosed or withheld
- The reason for withholding
