Subject: LGOIMA briefings/workshops/meetings

I refer to your email of 10 May requesting information on the number and subject of Councillor briefings and workshops held from the election in October 2013 until 10 May 2016.

Please find attached a list of these meetings showing the date, subject and whether the briefing/workshop was held in public excluded. I have highlighted the meetings that were related to the Long-term Plan. None of these briefings/workshops were publicly notified.

Over the same period Council held 120 committee and council meetings which were all publicly notified.
