Subject: OIA request - staff bonuses
I refer to your email request of 2 June and provide the information below as per the email:
- The total financial value of bonuses paid to staff, broken down by each of the last five financial or calendar years;
- The number of staff paid any sort of bonus, broken down by each of the last five financial or calendar
years;
As below. Staff employment agreements have in the past included an at risk organisational performance payment related to the organisation’s overall performance against measures in the Annual Plan. We have listed this arrangement as a bonus in regard to your request. These were discontinued in 2014/15.
