Official Information Request - Change of City Focus
Sent: Tuesday, 2 August 2016 11:24 a.m.
Subject: TRIM: Official Information Act request
I refer to your email of 29 July requesting any written communication, including emails, from council employees to any elected representative on council regarding the name change of City Focus.
There is no written communication between staff and elected representatives. Any discussion to date has been through the inner city portfolio’s steering group who have consulted with key stakeholders, including consultation with Ngati Whakaue and discussions with the block champions. As previously reported, any suggested name change still needs to be put to the mayor and councillors before a final decision is made.
We are obliged to advise that you may contact the Ombudsman at the address below if you have any concerns with the response provided by Council, by writing to:
The Office of the Ombudsman

Alternatively, you may email info@ombudsman.parliament.nz or use the online complaints form available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/make-a-complaint.
