I refer to your email of 23 September 2016 requesting information on why you were removed from commenting on Rotorua Lakes Council’s Facebook page.

Rotorua Lakes Council reserves the right to remove from its social media pages any followers who persistently post disrespectful, derogatory and inflammatory comments, and you are in this category.
