I refer to your information request of 20 October regarding the cost of informing the Mourea and Okawa Bay communities of the decision to change the refuse and recycling day.

Below are the costs for providing the extra information to these properties:

Letterhead paper and printing – 2 cents
Map – 6 cents
Prepaid envelopes – 40 cents
Total 48 cents per property

The information was sent to 250 properties. 48 cents x 250 properties = $120.
