Subject: LGOIMA request - psychometric testing

I refer to your email of 20 May 2021 under LGOIMA regarding the usage of psychometric testing, predominantly over the last two years, but also the last ten years as a short statement/summary.

Rotorua Lakes Council does not currently use psychometric testing and has not used psychometric testing for over 10 years.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
