Subject: LGOIMA request - confidential presentation to Operations & Monitoring Committee 8 April 2021

I refer to your email of 5 May 2021 requesting the update information presented to Councillors in the confidential part of the Operations and Monitoring Committee meeting of 8 April 2021 relating to motels and emergency accommodation.

This was presented in the confidential part of the Committee meeting under section 7(2)(i) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 'Enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations)'.

In the interests of transparency it has been agreed to release this presentation (attached), with commercially sensitive information redacted under the above section.
