Subject: Official Information request - Information relating to Kaharoa Youth Prison

I refer to your email of 9 December 2020 under LGOIMA for:

1. Minutes of any and all meetings that the council staff attended relating to the subject outlined above.
2. Resource consents that were applied for by any Government / Crown Agency and related Council correspondence relating to the subject outlined above.
3. Copies of any minutes of meetings, telephone conversations, emails that occurred between the Council and its staff and the Department of Corrections and or the then CYPFS.

Please find attached the requested documentation regarding the 2006 proposed youth justice residence site at 830 Te Waerenga Road, Kaharoa.
