I refer to your online Official Information request of 24 August 2020 regarding council meetings (both publicly advertised and others) and respond below:

1. A list of all meetings - excluding official council meetings (public, advertised meetings) - held since the beginning of the council term for the purpose of council business that all elected members were invited to. This should include briefings and workshops organised by staff.

Include for each:

• Date held
• Venue (eg councillors' lounge, video conference)
• Attendees
• The purpose of the meeting and who called it
• Any notes taken, agendas, minutes or discussion points circulated

2. Please also provide a list of meetings for the purpose of council business where some, but not all, elected members were invited. This should include one-on-ones.

• 13 Council meetings - 11 with confidential items (held in part in public excluded), 2 with no confidential items
• 5 Operations & Monitoring Committee meetings - 5 with confidential items (held in part in public excluded)
• 8 Strategy Policy & Finance Committee meetings - 4 with confidential items (held in part in public excluded), 4 with no confidential items
