I refer to your LGOIMA request of 18 November 2020 for the following information covering the 2018/19 and 2019/20 years:

How many people were banned/trespassed from council facilities?

2018/19
12 people banned/trespassed from the Library

1 person banned/trespassed from the Civic Centre

2 people banned/trespassed from Te Runanga Tea House

2019/20
6 people banned/trespassed from the Library

1 person banned/trespassed from the Civic Centre

• What council facility the person was banned from
• The length of those bans
• The reason for the ban/trespass
• Was the banned person a repeat offender? If so please provide details (length, reason and dates) of previous bans
