Subject: Further LGOIMA request - Westbrook Sport and Recreation Precinct - Studies and responses

I refer to your further LGOIMA request of 16 September 2020 and respond as follows:

1. There appears to be a considerable amount of erroneous repetition among the Survey Results. Can you please arrange to have this information checked and corrected? The survey results are correct as submitted. For a number of survey questions, submitters could pick one or more pre-populated statements as well as add their own comments.

2. As I only have access to an A4 printer the Survey Results render in such a small font as to be unreadable. Could you arrange for this information to be provided in readable hardcopy (eg A3 or preferably A2 sized paper) and be available for collection from RLC Reception? The survey results have been printed on A3 (the largest size Council can provide) and are available for collection from the Council Customer Centre.

3. On page 6 on the Westbrook Sport and Recreation Precinct Master Plan reference is made to five relevant background documents. Two of these were provided with this LGOIMA. Could you please provide the remaining three documents referred to namely:

• Bay of Plenty Spaces and Places Strategy, Summary Report, March 2017;
• Smallbone Park Multisport Facility Feasibility Study, September 2018;
• Population Overview by Statistics NZ and RLC Population Projections, 2017.

The Bay of Plenty Spaces and Places Strategy is attached. The other two documents are included in those requested under No.4.

Note: The 'Population Overview by Statistics NZ and RLC Population Projections, 2017' is referred to as 'RLC Growth Assumptions - 2017' in the documents.

4. Appendix 2 of the Master Plan is a list of information reviewed in the course of preparing same. Could you also please provide these documents?

Attached is a list of the documents referred to in Appendix 2. The number and size of documents to be provided precludes emailing these to you. Please drop a new USB in to Council's Customer Centre and I will arrange for the documents to be saved to the USB and made available for pick up from the Customer Centre.
