Subject: LGOIMA request - code of conduct complaints against elected members

I refer to your email of 13 December 2020 under LGOIMA (following up on 12 October email) regarding code of conduct complaints against elected members since they were elected in 2019, and requesting:

• Date of complaint
• Explanation of what the complaint was about
• Who made the complaint
• What action was taken
• Who undertook the investigation and what the cost to council was

Attached is the information for bullet points 1-4.

With regard bullet point 5, the investigation was undertaken by Lachlan Muldowney (Barrister) at a cost of $38,300 excluding GST.
