Subject: Information request - subdivisions consented since 1 January 2014

I refer to your email of 31 July 2019 requesting information on how many subdivisions of three or more sections has Council consented since 1 January 2014, and details of when the subdivision consents were granted and how many houses could be built in each one.

Please find attached the information currently held for all applications for subdivision that have been consented by Council for the period 1 January 2014 to mid August 2019. The information has not been refined to show those subdivisions where three or more sections have been consented, however you will be able to ascertain this information from the 'Proposal' column.
