Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - qualifications of Chief Financial Officer

I refer to your email of 1 July 2018 requesting the formal accountancy qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The qualifications of the CFO are withheld under section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 'protect the privacy of natural persons '

However, attached is the job description for the CFO and I can confirm that the current CFO has the necessary qualifications as indicated in the job description.
