Subject: TRIM: LGOIMA request - value of work on 163-167 Lake Road

I refer to your email of 16 January 2018 requesting information on the purchase price of 163-167 Lake Road and value of the refurbishment works undertaken to this property.

163-167 Lake Road was purchased under the Public Works Act on 24 April 2012 for a cost of $1,630,000 including GST (if any).

Council directly paid for the refurbishment work at this property to bring the building up to a standard suitable for leasing. The total cost of the refurbishment work was $311,577.22 + GST.
