Council has received a request from the Ombudsman to reconsider our decision to decline the information you requested on 30 August 2017.
After reviewing your request, and taking into account the comments from the Ombudsman, Council has agreed to release the names of the councillors who voted for the Polynesian Spa admission charge item considered at the Council meeting on 27 April 2017.
The councillors who voted for the recommendation were: Mayor Chadwick, Cr Donaldson, Cr Bentley, Cr Gould and Cr Hunt
