Had a quick question relating to yesterday's [Long-term Plan] deliberations - Recovering the $4.5m [to be allocated to the East Rotoiti/Rotoma sewerage scheme] would be added to the sewerage targeted rate. To recover this debt in total there will need to be an increase in the sewerage target rate of $15.50 per ratepayer to be paid over 25 years. This equates to 0.3% rates increase in year 1.

Can I ask if this is $15.50 per ratepayer every year for 25 years OR $15.50 total split over 25 years?
