I was wondering if it could please be explained what the "significant upgrade" Thomas Colle referred to at the [Council] meeting yesterday in regards to OneCouncil please?

I was provided [cost information] last year - has there been any further funding allocated to OneCouncil and what? What for and why needed?

What is the expected cost of this significant upgrade, if anything?

We provided the following information:

Regarding the upgrade referred to during yesterday’s meeting:

Twice a year RLC is offered product upgrades by its provider and is taking up one of those (2023B).

The significant part is the staff time that’s involved.

There is no cost.

Can I please check if there have been any complaints, including code of conduct complaints, lodged regarding councillor behaviour or actions relating to [the cancelled event] Rainbow Storytime?

If there have been, what are the details and what is the process going forward?

This enquiry was referred to the Mayor’s office. The Mayor confirmed she had received no complaints.
