Reporter seeking an update about Housing First in Rotorua wanted to speak to Council to find out what was happening with the programme.

Response

The reporter was referred in the first instance to MSD and/or the agencies partnering to deliver Housing First in Rotorua (LinkPeople, Lifewise and Te Taumata o Ngati Whakaue).

It was explained that as this is not a Council programme and Council is not involved in delivering the programme in Rotorua, they would need to get an update from the above and could then come back to Council if they still wanted some comment from RLC.
